Autumn JUST said in today's #80DayObsession workout, that slacking on diet and nutrition often happens in the middle of an exercise program. And, I'm not gonna lie, it has for me a bit. But I'm gonna take her advice! I'm gonna re-dedicate myself to clean eating! 🍉🍉🍉 Because i know that WHAT i eat 🍒🍒🍒 truly has an effect on HOW i feel 🍎🍎🍎... and if i want to feel good, i need to "EAT good!" LOL 🍌🍋🍍

I'm not a fan of coffee, myself (though, I do LOVE the smell of it!) But this should hit the spot for those of you who simply can't get enough of it ♡♡♡ and for those of us who prefer a cappuccino over the java, I think this is a pretty good balance between the two 😊😊😊 .
Btw guys, you can eat/ drink the things you love by getting a little creative and finding healthy versions of them! .

Don't wait until "you're READY" to do something -- ANYTHING -- bc the fact of the matter is, you'll probably NEVER feel "ready." 🤷🤷🤷

This thing you wanna do, it's likely outside of your comfort zone. 🙈🙈🙈 And the only way you can "be ready" for it, is by immersing yourself in it! Taking the plunge, and making damn sure you learn how to swim! 🐳🐳🐳
